Before you confirm
Your proposal will clearly state the deposit schedule and supplier conditions. Please read these before payment; some special stays, fares and peak-date services are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel
Tell your travel designer in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation takes effect when we acknowledge the request. Recoverable amounts depend on the terms of each confirmed provider.
Changes instead of cancellation
Where possible, we will explore revised dates, credits or a changed route. Supplier fees and fare differences may apply.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive insurance covering cancellation, medical needs, delays and personal belongings from the time your journey is confirmed.
