All itineraries are proposals until services are confirmed and the required payment is received. Availability and pricing may change before confirmation.
Traveller responsibilities
Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas, insurance, health requirements and providing accurate names and dates. We will offer practical guidance where possible.
Third-party services
Flights, accommodation, transport and activities are delivered by independent providers under their applicable terms. We select partners carefully but cannot control events outside their operation.
Changes and disruption
We will make reasonable efforts to assist with changes. Additional supplier charges, fare differences and service fees may apply and will be explained before action is taken.
